"We had a great stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the fantastic front desk staff working on the night of October 28th! Upon arrival, we ran into an issue where an Expedia system error incorrectly assigned us a Standard Double Room (with just one double bed) instead of the Standard Quadruple Room we had booked for the three of us. Thankfully, the team was extremely helpful and resolved the problem right away by moving us to a spacious room with two double beds, which matched the photos from our original booking. Had the hotel been fully booked, this could have been a huge issue, so we are deeply grateful for their quick thinking and outstanding hospitality. The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious—perfect for a family stay. Highly recommended! (Though I’d suggest double-checking your reservation directly with the hotel beforehand if booking through third-party sites.)"

"This place is brilliant, warm and welcoming staff who were very helpful, clean rooms and lovely decor throughout. My son used the gym, no extra charges. We chilled out on the sofas, with a beer from the shop and I read one of the hotels books whilst the boys played chess and table football. Very calm and relaxing. Beds very comfy and the rooms are dark and so quiet - we all got a great nights sleep. Breakfast was delicious with a large choice of hot and cold dishes."

"I stayed here for a week. The room was very comfortable, but I missed not having any sort of table to eat at or sit and do work. In reality, the size of the room does limit that possibility. But still … However, the lobby was a nice place to sit and get work done. The breakfast had several good options. The kitchen did not have a few of the menu items available for lunch or dinner, so I enjoyed the pizza and Flammekuchen a couple of times during my stay."

"Great choice of hotel for one night stay. Super convenient for 10-15 min walk into Nordlingen historic centre and car parking included as free in Edeka shop car park. Hotel is above the Edeka shop, which has fresh bakery and so good for cheap breakfast. Didn’t see any staff - it is self service check in, but it worked well and no problems. The room was reasonable size for two persons with luggage. Especially helpful was the row of hooks along the wall at various heights so good to hang up small bags as well s clothes. No kettle."
GINN Apartment-Hotel Stuttgart Esslingen

"Really convenient location about 5 minutes from Esslingen train station, with 2 supermarkets right around the corner. Nice to have cooking facilities, albeit small. Comfortable bed, strong shower, but sometimes a bad smell coming from the drain. Doors close very loudly, so maybe bring earplugs. The door to the common hallway slams loudly, so request a room at the far end of the corridor. Note: you need a smartphone for this place, as you receive your door code by email at 3 pm to check in, and if you don’t have a wifi signal it can be tricky. I logged on to the public wifi in the shopping mall across the street. You also check out with your phone."

"Free parking onsite. Very pet friendly (although a 15€ fee per night). Very clean and fresh interior. Nice design of the room with lights and furniture. Cute walkable town. I didn’t try the free bike rental or the Porsche Boxter rental (1.59€ per km), but awesome ideas if staying a few days!"
