“I’ll start with a good. Mattresses were in good condition, what I consider to be the most important item. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds.”

“Property is cut but could use some love. Definitely needs a new cleaning crew. Obvious carpets not swept. Beds very comfortable, shower has decent water pressure. No soap in shower or kitchen sink. No blow dryer. No book with instructions had to request wifi code. Master bedroom carpet VERY stained. Back porch light broken. Front door threshold very bent and dangerous. Throw in living room needs washing. Dead bugs in the silverware drawer. I wouldn’t stay again until it gets an upgrade and new……

“Rachel and her family were extremely gracious hosts. Though their home is the other side of the duplex, they made us feel like we had the house, front porch and back yard to ourselves. Walking distance to grocery store. Great local neighborhood walks. Perfect driving location to everything we needed including only 20 minutes from the airport. Kerrigan and coffee pot, snacks, comfortable beds.”

“The host was very responsive and helpful, even let us borrow a pack n play and stroller to cut down on what we had to pack. the beds are amazing. very clean. so nice to have a full kitchen so don't have to go out to eat with little kids (but looked a like a lot of great restaurants in the area if that's what you are looking for). really close to the zoo but on a nice quiet side street. this was our second time and I'm sure we will book again some time.”

“The guest house is next to the garage. There is one car parking near the guest house. The yard was nice to walk the dog on a lease. The neighborhood had many dog walkers down the streets too! The house had you the needs to sleep, eat, rest on recliners or a l shaped couch. The kitchen has very updated appliances. The bathroom has a shower. The bed looked like two beds to make a king size. We just had a little bed discomfort it was a little too stiff for us. You will get sleep. The beach decor……
