Trulli Il Cappero by Perle di Puglia
A characteristic complex of typical Apulian houses, which are now renovated and transformed in an exclusive villa with pool for vacations in Apulia. In the heart of the Itria Valley, halfway between the beautiful towns of Ostuni and Cisternino. The villa is characterized by the ancient charm but still equipped with comforts such as internet connection and air conditioning.
The charm of the old trulli and the comforts of modernity
The complex of trulli is renovated and equipped with every modern comforts. The beautiful pool is in a garden which is enriched by olive trees and Mediterranean scrub and it`s framed by a beautiful paved area with the characteristic "chianche" and it`s the ideal area to relax or have lunch or dinner.
King-size beds and design furniture: the best of the vacations in Apulia
The complex of trulli consists of various air-conditioned units. The first group of trulli consists of 2 double bedrooms with king-size beds and a bathroom with shower. The second unit has a small living room with single sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The third unit is made of a small suite with patio, a bedroom with queen-size bed (130 cm) and a bathroom with shower. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms for a total of 8 bed accommodations. Moreover, there is a beautiful terrace with panoramic view on the Itria Valley and the sea in the distance.
The surroundings of Trulli
The complex of Trulli is halfway between Cisternino and Ostuni, which are 7 kilometers away, and it`s 16 kilometers away from the beaches of the Adriatic coast. The nearest city centre is Casalini, 3,5 kilometers away from the villa. The two cities worth visiting are Locorotondo (16 km) and Alberobello, UNESCO heritage (25 km), while the recommended beaches are Baia dei Camerini (15 km), White Beach Club Ostuni (17 km), Viar Beach Club (19 km) and Torre Guaceto (28 km).
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 35 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to mid October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Door-to-door garbage service not available. Waste disposal at the recycling point. Possibility to request disposal service with an extra of €20/load to be paid on site.
- Bidet only in one of the three bathrooms.
