「My stay at Urbano Hotel left me with mixed feelings, but unfortunately one experience during checkout overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay. At checkout, the receptionist had to call someone to physically go and inspect my room before I could complete the process. In my opinion, if such procedures are necessary, they should be handled more discreetly so guests do not feel uncomfortable or distrusted. From the moment I arrived, Bharati, Perry, Michael, the security and most of the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, making my stay amazing and stress-free. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and very comfortable. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options.」

「Hotel is in a great location. Not far from the airport. So you will hear flights overheard. Lovely reception area. Check in was quick and straightforward. Special mention to Kekeli and Bismarck. 「there were a few issues with things not working in the room, like the phone, toaster, microwave. Then the toilet wasn't flushing. i had to be moved to another room. that was inconvenient and took time from my exploration time. my room key stopped working several times and i kept having to get it reactivated. that was very annoying. otherwise it's a nice place to stay and the staff were nice. i really appreciated having a nice apartment to myself.」

「We couldn’t enter the front entrance , the gate was padlocked . We drove past three times until someone directed us to enter through the parking garage. We got to the reception area there had chains and a large lock preventing anyone from entering the main entrance. It made me very uncomfortable. The room was nice but first impression has the greatest impact.」
