"The outside deck is excellent and the back garden very good. The inside of the house is too cluttered with ornaments, decorations, furnishings, etc. and needs pairing down. It looks like an op-shop and smells very musty. The house is a close walk to the beach, river, shop, bus stop, and cafes. "
