"DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! It was the most filthy, dirty, disgusting, & un-maintained hotel I have ever seen. The exterior is dirty & garbage strewn. The lobby & halls were full of stacked up boxes & other junk. The carpets, walls & ceilings were dirty & stained. The walls & doors all needed patching & painting. The bed linens were yellow as if stained by tobacco or grease. I've seen public housing projects in the poorest neighborhoods that were cleaner & in better condition than this place. That is no doubt why they only offer non-refundable reservations. Both the franchise owner & the Quality Inn chain should be ashamed to offer such miserable accommodations."

"The woman who was taken care of serving breakfast and helping take care of guests was incredibly helpful and kind. She was just terrific. She really went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and she was walking around and helping everyone as they ate their meal. It really stood out to me how much she loved her job."

"It was a smoking room and they treated it like the guest didn’t matter. Burn holes in both blankets. Couldn’t open sliding door “safety reason” they said. They wanted u to do towel exchange give 2 towels get to towels. Jacuzzi tub was nice but would have been better if the power was in the jets for shooting water. Lamp shade in room was wrote all over and so was fridge.couldn’t really use ac because it made a noise. I would not suggest this place ever again. My boyfriend and I were so disappointed."
