“We had a great weekend here during Lakeside’s fall festival weekend. The house was spacious for the 4 of us, great location, loved the screened in porch, and excellent communication with the host. We would recommend this place and stay here again. ”

“Half our group had never experienced Lakeside, two had a weekend stay almost 17 years ago and one (I) had been a homeowner but not visited in 10 years. All to say we all fell head over heals with Lakeside & our luxurious cottage! We plan to do this again next year, but perhaps come in-season rather than one week before the season opens. “We really enjoyed our stay in your lovely vacation cottage. Three very small issues: 1. The door knob in the first floor bathroom needs to be tightened. My husband said he would have fixed it if he had an Allen wrench.2. The upstairs main bathroom had a small leak under the sink. Some of your paperwork that was there was soaked. My husband did tighten it for you. 3. The refrigerator door clicks when you open it.We couldn’t figure out the source of it but you probably want to check it out. We……

“Location was perfect! Everything was comfortable and convenient. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and clean. The only complaints we had was the sound of the water pump. Any time water is running it is so loud! Especially annoying in the bedrooms in the mornings. Small trade off for the comfort and convenience of the home! I would still HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone! Especially during the peak season! (I do not recommend a stay in October!!! Most stuff was closed or not……
