「Brookstreet is by far the best hotel in Ottawa. We live a few hours away and still go there at least 3 times a year for multiple nights to get away. The pool in the summer is incredible and the staff is top notch 」

「Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. 」

「I really enjoyed the Keona spa and the room was great. It would have been better if there were massages, facials or body treatments available. The hotel and spa are a nice get away from every day affairs. I am looking forward to my next visit. A weekend package would be a nice touch. 」
