“We stayed at Arrowwood Resort from Wednesday through Saturday, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we've had. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong moldy smell. We switched rooms multiple times hoping it would improve, but every room had the same issue and was dirty and poorly maintained. The pools were also disappointing. They didn't appear clean, and the water park was closed during our stay, which was a major reason we chose this resort. We……

“Tina was wonderful. Contacted us before the trip letting us know that if we wanted to check in early, we could. Very easy to find. On-site hosts were wonderful and friendly. Stopped by the cabin to let us know they were sorry they weren't there when we checked in. Check-in is so easy; keys in the cabin and you're all set. The cabin was clean and very close to the lake, with docks available for use. We will 100% be staying there again!!!”
