"Wir hatten keinen PIN für die Schlüsselbox bekommen und wohl eher Glück, dass vor Ort gerade noch jemand vom Personal anwesend war. Zimmer war praktisch eingerichtet. Bad sehr klein, aber ausreichend. Die Kissen sind super zum im Bett sitzen, zum Schlafen leider nicht so toll. Der TV ist fast zu weit weg vom Bett und es sind Radio- und TV-Sender bunt gemischt, so das beim Zappen immer wieder plötzlich Radio statt Fernsehen kommt. Ziemlich ungewöhnlich. Leider keine Fliegengitter, was dazu...

Es gibt keine Heizung bei den Klos, sodass man Eisarschbacken bekommt. Ganz schlecht ist die Nummer - ätsch bätsch, gebucht ist gebucht, absagen kostet 100% von deinem Reisepreis. Es gibt Gründe, wie z.b. gesundheitliche Gründe da sollte man kulanter sein. "When we arrived the receptionist, seemed very confused. We had ordered a room for three people but she claimed that all three people had to sleep in a double bed. After showing the receipt from hotels.com, she agreed to give us a room with three beds. Despite the surprising start, we had a very nice experience at Schlossparkhotel Mariakirchen. It is located near a small castle and a very charming Medieval Inn. It had a nice SPA, an outdoor pool, an excellent breakfast and a spacious parking area. Will definitely consider this hotel the next time I drive through Germany."
