Netter Empfang, sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und Bergblick. Der Blick aus dem Pool ist grandios! Leckeres Essen, nettes Personal und natürlich die tolle Erdmännchen- Tour. Sollte man vorher buchen, kann auch mal ausgebucht sein. Hat uns gut gefallen

Rustig gelegen, mooi zwembad, s’avonds lekker gegeten in het restaurant van het hotel. Onze kamer had een fijn balkon. De stoelen waren echter wat vuil. Amazing place, wonderful staff. And meerkats!
We enjoyed 2 nights here and were delighted with our stay. The exquisite setting and great accommodation were topped only by the friendly and helpful staff team who looked after us from the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out. Food in the restaurant was excellent. The meerkat safari is a must and with our own car we were able to return for breakfast after observing them for a couple of hours then head out to Cango Caves and onto drive the Swartberg Pass stopping in Prinz Albert for lunch and looping back home for a massage at the guest farm before dinner. An extraordinary day itinerary!

De Zeekoe Guest Farm is an exquisitely beautiful Klein-Karoo farm with magnificent views of the mountains. It has a very tranquil atmosphere and if it gets too hot there is a swimming pool to lounge in. Kristy and her staff are very friendly, warm and hospitable. My husband got COVID and Kristy offered us a free stay so that he could isolate in one place. We will for sure visit De Zeekoe again and we are also looking forward to explore their game lodge: Wildehond Game Reserve. I highly recommend to stay there if you are looking for accomodation in the Klein Karoo.

Wir hatten eine Holz Lodge gefühlt mitten im nirgendwo. Es war eine aufregende Erfahrung für uns, da es weit vom Haupthaus entfernt war und wir dort ganz alleine waren. Die Ruhe, der Ausblick und das Häuschen waren aber unglaublich.

The view to the mountains was superb. Sitting on the veranda and looking over the country side was a terrific experience. The pool was in a lovely position .

Loved staying in the cottage away from the main hotel, but the road backwards and forwards was rather a rough ride!

Thank you for the positive review and our sincerest apologies about the road. Because of the severe drought we can't flatten out the road as you need a lot of water to do that. As soon as we have a little more water, the road is nr 1 on the list to fix! Next time you will have a smooth ride :)

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem Übertroffen. Das Zimmer war perfekt. Das Frühstück war Top. Das Dinner am Abend mit Sonnenuntergang genial. Also kurz und bündig:Preis/Leistungsverhältniss absolut Suuuper.Jederzeit wieder.

Nice place but bad Wifi service.
my Maine complaint was about the wifi, it was not working in my room or even in other areas. I told the receptionist that I'm here on business and I have to have access to good wifi, otherwise I have to leave your place and find another place with good wifi service. the lady assured me it will be fixed the next morning, but it was not fixed, then they said the installer is too busy.

I loved the giant fireplace in our cabin. The bed was big and beautiful. The port was a nice touch. I just loved the entire cabin.

Nice location and spacious room. The first night there was a great turndown with fire lit and curtains closed. The second night we were forgotten. Nice dinner, but there could be a wider range of wine selection. It’s a great location for suricate watching

not at all totally satisfactory
Stayed here before and liked it. This time, however, we were 'given' accommodation some 3 kilometers from the main building/restaurant; a drive along a totally dusty 'path'. Yes, good view - but still unsatisfactory as a whole. Reception was so-so by a young lady poorly trained or not at all trained. She knew nothing! Massage was good. Food/dinner at best so-so. Breakfast OK.

Wir hatten die Ferienhütte gebucht. Leider war bei Expedia nicht ersichtlich, daß diese 1 km vom Haupthotel entfernt liegt u wir mit dem Auto zum Frühstück, Dinner und zum Pool hätten dahren müssen. Haben deshalb nach Reklamation der Gegebenheiten ein kleines Zimmer im Haupthaus erhalten, Bad Dusche u Waschbecken war leider im Zimmer., das etwas komisch roch und etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Dafür war das Frühstück und Dinner sowie Poolanlage super gut und schön. Da wir den ganzen Tag auf Achse waren, war das Zimmer nebensächlich.

Great Stay
Fantastic stay at De Zeeko Guest Farm.We stayed in one of the log cabins. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and breakfast very good.Staff helpful and polite, no problem organising trips for us

Very poor accomodation!
Cupboard was broken, millions of ants at the terrasse and in the house, terrible bright shining lights everywhere in the house killing cosy feeling. Breakfast is incredible poor and unbelievable... for a silly not even tasty Cappuccino they‘re charging extra. Paying 250 EURO per night is definitively too much!!! No recommendation! Very poor!

When we checked in, I saw 2 cats in the living room, and when I told the Receptionist I'm allergic to cats, she did nothing about it. I chose this property because we wanted to do the meerkat walk, but they told us it was sold out and they cannot squeeze in 2 more people. Very disappointing! The air conditioner in the room next to us was so noisy, that we couldn't sleep. We tried to get hold of someone for half an hour and when we finally got hold of someone, she was kind enough to give us another room.
