"Room was cleaned well everyday, the staff were lovely and attentive - they remember everything down to our daily breakfast drinks order. Nothing is ever a problem. The free shuttle to the town is great and always on time. The outdoor pool is massive and refreshing in the hot weather, with an indoor pool if required. Gym was a good size and had a good variety of equipment. Lots of options for food and drink"

"Simple rooms in a beautiful setting, great location close to the square but on an easy to find street. Staff were fantastic, breakfast had plenty of choice and was routinely stocked, all items having been prepared and made on site, you can see them making/baking as you pass throughout the day. Even though there are limited sunbeds for the number of guests, people are out exploring at differing times so it is easy enough to get a spot to chill. Had a lovely hammam and massage experience too. Great trip."

"A lovely stay and everything we needed. Bit of an unpleasant first impression with security guard deciding whether he would let us in - travelling with my 16 year old and had confirmation that he was welcome but that information apparently never reached the gate. Main Property is beautiful but there is large parts of the hotel grounds which seems to be a building site/abandoned. I see now why they offer to drive you to gym/spa/indoor pool area! It was clearly a huge resort in previous times. Our hotel room was beautiful and two large single beds and a pool view was perfect! We both slept v well. Pools were lovely but the entertainment and the music can be loud at the main pool, we preferred the quieter pool. Hadn’t appreciated how much entertainment there was and it’s not something that bothers us but everyone seem to enjoy it! Food in buffet was excellent and always something delicious to eat - we didn’t bother to eat at à la carte restaurants which are a bus ride away but didn’t hear anything too positive about them anyway. Staff were fantastic, always friendly and helpful!"

"Clean room , nice breakfast, beautiful pool and view . Staff were slow when in breakfast . Had to ask for a spoon and glass of orange juice 3 times and still didn’t get it . Had to get up and go and get a drink myself . Room service was good nice and clean ."
