“I enjoyed my stay at Zett was really amazing , very clean, stylish, brand new hotel and very affordable comparing to the hotels in the area Charbel at the front Desk was very helpful and very professional he made me feel that I’m staying at the Sheraton hotel 5 stars I will tell my friends and family about this hotel and great service And for sure I will use it again when I come back to Lebanon I don’t want to forget about Youssef the Bell man , he was friendly and very helpful!!!”

“The hotel's position is very good. you can see from every room partially or totally the sea. the outdoors are really beautifull. Free parking is available. The staff are nice and helpfull, however we had to leave the water open for more than 30 min to get hot water!”

“The worst experience ever! Beside the man in the reception being really kind helpful and nice towards me anything else there was the worst! I was scared as hell for my life honestly! I booked 2 nights~ but straightaway after getting there I wanted to move the same day, I was searching for hotels the last minute but couldn’t find anything much so had to stay one night there and the next day I moved anyway, could not stand being there alone as a girl. Please be aware and never risk your safety.……

“We enjoyed our stay although there were some minor things that could be fixed to start with, the Wifi signal is very low, the light was very dim and the electricity was "playing" a lot even when the AC was turned off. Moreover, I would suggest having a longer shower curtain so that the water wouldn't spill outside and covering one of the pipes in the shower that has hot water ( I almost burned myself by accidentally touching it).”
