「We loved arrowhead lodge! While you do have to drive down a dirt road it is very well maintained. There are lots of wildlife nearby. We had dinner at the lodge that we enjoyed. The property and rooms are well maintained.」

「As there are no phones in room I tried telephoning front desk on cellphone with WiFi calling and droped calls both times. The sound insulation between rooms was poor. The WiFi was poor and buffering so often that I gave watching show on iPhone. For a room that carries the cost of Chipeta Resort I found the WiFi and amenities inadequate. Front office staff when checking out seemed as if I was interrupting her. No “how was your stay” nor “thanks for staying with us.”」

「We’ve stayed at The Peaks on several occasions, and sadly, this trip was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we checked in, the experience was poor. The front desk employee was curt and provided virtually no information about the hotel or amenities. We weren’t told that the pool was under construction, the waterslide was closed, the game room was closed, or that the restaurant wasn’t open. We weren’t given the Wi-Fi password, told where to find breakfast or what the coffee shop offered,...
