“I booked a double bed room in June 2025, changed to double twin bed room in September 2025 with confirmation, and received a small double bed room. Ownership changed in February 2026, new owner told me not to received change of booking, stayed 9 days, received for 3 days extra room.”

Erinn particularly gave excellent customer service, was warm and genuinely friendly and a real credit to the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfortable.
