"Clean room, ok size, decent size is Hong Kong standard. Upgraded to airport water view.
Bed is comfortable, wish the pillows are bigger and firmer.
Shuttle to MTR every 30 minutes. Airport every hour.
Nothing much in the walking distance area.
Staffs are friendly and helpful. Did not use amenities or food."
"Excellent location, the hotel lobby connects to Langham place 4th floor and MTR is accessible inside here. Room are clean and comfy. The club lounge staff are fantastic especially Kevin. The facilities in the hotel provides a great place to relax after a long day out. I will definitely return again"
"We liked the cleanliness and the spacious room. Amenities were great and the convenience of the shopping mall was very helpful.
What we don't like is that, the hotel do not have a laundromat in the hotel itself. It will be great to have one situated in the hotel. If not, hotel should at least provide information of the nearest laundromat and ways to get there"
"I think we were upgraded but wasn't informed about it.The check in person just told us about the breakfast which we were not interested. However, we found the room larger than normal which we prefer. It is also nice to have the toilet separated from the shower cubicle."
"All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is packed with an activity schedule and different facilities to entertain the kids. Although we didn't have the time to do so because the kids were exhausted from the two days at the park, it was good to know that there was plenty for them to do if we needed it. I wish we booked an extra night!"
