“Parking lot is only a bared ground, creeps ask for money when we drove in. The room is big with a kitchen, good for a family travel. I phoned the reception for the wifi password and she ask me to go down and get it diretly. When I returned to my room, the wifi didn't work and I called the receptio again, that is when they told me the Wifi ONLY works in the lobby. You have to ask for a hair drier at the reception and they ask you to return it right after you use it. Someone knocked few times on……

“Paid for parking but as I arrived after staff left I could not access the garage as the code provided was not working. 19 euros wasted”

“位置非常好，近杜羅河邊，又在碼頭中央位置，行數分鐘就到路易一世大橋。惟酒店的洗手間、洗面盤和沖涼室都在同一空間位置，沒有間隔，同一時間只適一人使用，不太方便。另外，三日只整理房間一次，期間如有需要，要預先廿四小時通知及另作收費。要留意無USB充電位。”

“Great value. An excellent location if you want to stay in the historic and cultural heart of Porto. I’d consider staying here again, but there are some important things to know. I stayed three nights in Rm 6 on the 3rd floor. There’s no elevator, so consider a lower floor if carrying luggage upstairs is an issue. “Very comfortable! Located inside of a cafe, each floor is one unit, n the elevator brings u to ur own unit. Really cool. Breakfast is decent, cos we arrived on Christmas Eve n no one works on the next morning,so they prepared our breakfast in the fridge for us. Only con is bathroom design is weird, u can't possibly keep the toilet area dry after showering. Overall, super recommended! ”
