“Staff were lovely, big car park. Bed was okay. Everything in the room seemed to be very low.. The sink, the door handle.. All felt like I had to bend down to use. Very weird to have no plugs by the bedside, and only on the other side of the room, which was odd given it's all been recently refurbished. Good location, and I'd stay again.”

“Hotel and room were clean. Some scuff marks on corridor paintwork and doors. Other guest were noisy and a lot of traffic noise if you leave the window open. Breakfast good choice but hot meal a little cold and my sausages were undercooked. However plenty of choice. Staff seemed a little disorganized but we're pleasant and helpful. Parking was good at £4 per day. Location excellent to AI and M62 so easy access when leaving. Short taxi ride into town and fairs excellent.”

“nice staff and very helpful, good breakfast provided, good experience. Not many options to choose for meal near the hotel.”

“Very helpful staffs”

“No problems with anything”

“Very good ! I love it ”

“Choose this hotel because it has carpark and location. When we went into our room, it has strange smell just like cigarette smoke and the toilet is more smelly. Furnitures were old but the room is quite spacious. The lobby is old style classic but the furnitures was quite new. Everything is the same breakfast with simple food and drinks.”

“Location is good. Room is clean but air conditioner is not working and no refrigerator. ”

“We stayed for two nights and had a very friendly welcome. Our room was beautiful, very clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The bathroom was huge with a free standing roll top bath and seperate shower. The hotel was right on the door step of the town centre and cafes, bars and restaurants though everything you need is right in the hotel. Breakfast was cooked to order and served piping hot, one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. Overall the hotel is fabulous……

“酒店陳舊，內裏設施非常破爛，地氈感覺不清潔，房間隔音亦很差，酒店外面環境複雜”

“Had a lovely 2 night stay for work related activities. Staff were amazing check in was quick and friendly. Car chargers available as well which is a bonus. I didn’t eat here due to work commitments but the bar area was welcoming and cosy. WiFi was an issue on the afternoon and evening of my second day which meant I couldn’t catch up on work I also didn’t have good mobile signal so couldn’t hot spot! On both evenings there was some disruption to my sleep due to cars meeting up on the car park and……

“The Old White Inn was in a great area and it was nice to stay in an authentic inn. On the second night of our stay, we were awoken by a person coming up the stairs pounding on all the doors on our floor and trying to gain access in the rooms with a key. The person was also slamming the furniture outside the hallway. This went on a few times and then we saw another person receiving deliveries at 3 in the morning and slamming the front door several times. The next morning this same person was……
