“On my first day as soon as I checked in a dog was continuously barking to the point I had to report it. Same day at 3:00AM a fire alarm was blaring asking everyone to evacuate the hotel. I was on the ninth floor! When we got to the third floor the stairs were blocked and no instructions as to how to proceed, so we had to reenter the floor and use another exit. All that to be told it was a false alarm. The lack of security and safety was non existent. My room had a connecting door and the noise……

“The hotel is relatively new and overall quite clean. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The stay was smooth without any major issues. A solid choice for a short stay.”

“價格公道，服務熱情，有早餐，還有點心，非常棒的體驗”

“房務人員竟然主動要求要小費 總共做了四天 沒有一天換過床單 棉被還泛黃 有點潮濕的感覺 感覺令人不舒服”

“Lovely”

“This was one of my better experiences at a hotel! The staff was so friendly and the location was perfect! The room and entire property was extremely clean! I will for sure be staying here during all my future San Antonio trips!!”

“Kevin the host was amazing. He greeted us and gave us the history of the building and surroundings. It was an easy walk to EVERYTHING! Best time ever. ”

“Nice balcony that's shared which you can't see in pics. Bed is firm but comfortable. Room is really small but just right if you using it to sleep in for 2 people. It's an older building but was very pleasant to stay in and seems to be really well insulated, the only sound you hear is if someone from the next room is going in or out their door.”

“Our stay at The Monarch San Antonio during the Day of the Dead parade weekend was disappointing, especially for the price. Check-in was painfully slow, with only one employee working despite the busy weekend. Dining was concerning because there was no allergen menu. With a serious tree nut allergy, simply being told food contains no nuts isn’t reassuring. Proper allergy precautions matter. At the bar, we waited 45 minutes while being repeatedly overlooked as guests arriving after us were……

“The Spanish ambience was so beautiful and comfortable. The staff was great. We went to the bar most nights and Daphne and all the bartenders were so friendly and professional. The valet guys, Patrick and Armando, were so friendly, funny, and efficient. I’m telling everyone about the Omni on the river. I want to come back!”

“I dont usually use short term rentals because I am leery of being scammed, however, this was such a pleasant experience! The host was very professional and communication was prompt. The house was in a perfect location- we were in town for air force graduation. The house was very clean and perfect for 7 of us. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“great”

“The room is clean, but the sound of AC is loud.”

“There are plenty of amenities nearby, so you don't need to go anywhere else.”
