「The condo was very nice and set up well. Great fit for our family and appreciated the full sized beds in the upper bedroom. Everyone slept comfortably. 」

「The condo was clean, well stocked. The only drawback is that it was very cold and there is only one AC/heater unit. So, when it was literally freezing outside, and we turned on the heat to to eat our dinner and visit downstairs, the upstairs was suffocatingly hot.We would recommend updating the bathroom upstairs」

「This is a great spot to get the flavor of downtown Cookeville. Super convenient location and parking spot. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and breweries. Our host Lindy was helpful and responsive. 11 out of 10 recommend.」

「We had a great time lots of space for all family also rooms were very well insulated. Rooms were seperated well enough to not bother other rooms. It really helped a lot that all rooms had bathrooms. We will definitely be coming back so much to do and so much we didn't do.」
