“My wife and I stayed at this cabin for a holiday vacation to explore the area and do some hiking. The location next to the state park is very convenient, and the trails were a decent challenge at time. Would have been better with leaves, but that's winter travel for you. The interior of the cabin was very cozy. The full kitchen was as promised and the heat worked well. We knew it was a 30+ min drive from Huntsville and enjoyed the town of Guntersville. The new city harbor was a beautiful space to walk around and have a nice dinner. The only issue for us was that the driveway and entry steps are (unavoidably) steep, which made getting in and out a little difficult for my parents, who are in their 80s.
