Great stay in downtown Owosso. The living area and kitchen were open, light and airy. The kitchen had all items necessary for our stay and a full size washer and dryer were available as well. The bedroom was roomy and the bathroom had a shower, tub and vanity were ample. We loved the location and were able to take in the Farmers Market behind the building Saturday morning. We highly recommend this property.

Great loft. Location is central to Owosso downtown. Very comfortable overall stay. Communication with owner was prompt and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

Excellent all around and lots to do

Close to restaurant and big stores, all that a person needs but unsure if anything for children. One suggestion is that the add shows a patio to sit out on in the morning but it is a different rental, it is either the front view or back view.

Loved this beautiful space with views of Main Street. Just a lovely place to wake up in, enjoy coffee by the window + feel like I’m home in Owosso. We will be back.

Absolutely Perfect!

I can't say enough good things about my stay at this loft. Becky was fantastic to communicate with. The loft is absolutely spotless and stocked with everything one may need for a relaxing and peaceful stay. Superbly comfortable bed and linens... spotless bathroom and kitchen. The couch was super comfy to curl up on with the throw blanket and read my book or flip channels. I loved the view.... the road noise did not bother me at all. You can't hear anything from the bedroom. I will stay here again in a heartbeat. Actually... I'd move in and live here happily if given the opportunity! Thank you, Becky, for making my surprise trip to Michigan perfectly relaxing.

Lovely apartment which could use a new mattress as it sags to the center very badly, and better hospitality in terms of welcome. We booked for only one night as we were attending a wedding nearby. We didn't receive the lockbox code until we reached out after being instructed it would be sent prior to our check in time of 4pm. By 8pm no code but promptly responded with code after our message. Apartment was very clean but no towels were out. After a search I located towels but walked about with wet hand while searching. Paid a cleaning fee but was expected to place all linens used in washer and start it prior to departing and to empty the bathroom trash. Hmmmmmm!

Excellent Place to Stay

The property was clean, well located and secure. The location was in walking distance of various shops and restaurants. Really loved the ice cream stand just a couple blocks away. Would highly recommend the property. Host Becky was helpful and always available. Property well cared for.
