Excellent location for a very reasonably priced hotel right in the centre of Oxford just 2 mins from Carfax. The room was excellent and I hear that there even better rooms at the top of the property - presumably for an additional cost. No restaurant but an arrangement with the one next door for a reduction of their charges.

We stayed for 5 days in Oxford on a family trip. We chose the hotel because of its location, and it was definitely the best decision: the location is great, right in the heart of the city! We were able to walk almost everywhere. We stayed in a suite with a balcony, and we really recommend it: drinking that first cup of coffee while sitting on the balcony, taking in the view and feeling the city come to life, was fantastic! We really recommend the hotel: great location, very clean, and very kind and helpful staff. The suite was very comfortable, with a lot of space. And, oh, the balcony! Simply unbeatable. We'll definitely be back!
