"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"The Breeze room that I stayed is on the ground floor. The door lock had some issues in the first day that it couldn’t be opened or closed properly. Then later in the first day it couldn’t open at all. “Luckily”, the room is beside the kitchen which has a separate door going to the backyard. Our room has a patio door that can go straight to the backyard. So we tried to get to the room through the patio door and it worked. We tried to open the room door from inside but still couldn’t work. So...

"My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Having two bedrooms and a big living/dining room was a plus. The location could not be beat; we were able to walk everywhere after parking our car at the nearby garage allocated to this apartment. It’s a lively street that it was on, with plenty of restaurants and bars in the area to keep us entertained and fed. Great stay overall!"

"We originally booked a one bedroom flat from the owners, but had to switch to a studio due to some emergency renovations being done. However, the studio turned out to be just fine and the owner adjusted the cost accordingly. The kitchenette came in handy and the location was great for walking into town. "
