「I chose the Kings Arms for location and the olde worlde look of the rooms on their website. The location was perfect for our trip, however the hotel was not! Check in is at the bar - all ok. We were told no food being served on Friday night despite the website showing a bar b que style restaurant (the hotel info in the room said pizza but there was neither) They offered recommendations but we found our own. 「The room was lovely apart from the heat as we stayed during a UK heatwave. A fan was provided luckily especially as our room was up in the eaves. It would have been nice to have had a tv but I guess they want you to spend time (and money) in the pub not in your room. The kitchen area would have also benefitted from a small fridge so the milk and water (replenished daily) could have been kept cold. We were on room only basis, however, we did eat breakfast in the pub on our first morning. The food...
