“A pleasant stay. Loved my room, and staff were courteous and were quick to take care of anything I needed assistance with. ”

“I have tried many 3 to 4 stars hotel in the area of Ventura, Oxnard. I think this is the best one with clean and well planned space. This hotel will be in my list on my next visit.”

“酒店炊具齐全的厨房，前院装饰得好漂亮，后院有露天SPA池和烧烤炉，性价比很高，缺点是只有一个洗手间，我们6个人居住相当不方便，但总体来说还是相当不错的。”

“Sinks were clogged or slow to drain. Did not like that pool bar was closed due to private event for the price we paid and then you have to pay for parking also per day. The room was clean and new with easy access to the pool area. For the price it should include parking plus continental breakfast.”

“The staff were helpful and friendly. We liked our room since it had Marina view. However, you can hear everything. Other guests were loud even at 12 midnight until morning. At 7am, guests were playing loud music and we couldn’t have peace. We went there to have a relaxing evening and away from the city, well, we didn’t get that. Other hotels in Chanel Island were telling us before we checked in to “respect other guests “ so we were aware that we need to be quiet.”
