"This place was amazing! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We opted for the full dinner and breakfast with a hot spring bath in the room. Everything was incredible. The food tasted fantastic and the bath was lovely and spacious with a beautiful view of the woods behind the hotel. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxing ryokan experience. "

"End of Dec-2025 Rooms were great and service was ok. Location is far from Fuji Station but hotel provided shuttle bus so ok. Breakfast is free but not so much variety. Cleanliness was ok and we had great window view of Mount Fuji🗻"
