"We were very hesitant because of the strict rules regarding noise ordinances. It states no music and no loud talking outside, and we thought we would literally have to whisper. But that was not the case. I think they are just trying to deter renters that are not considerate of their neighbors. So if you respectful of other people, then this is a property for you. The home met all of our expectations. The rooms were spacious and private with comfortable beds and bathrooms for all. The AC in the Casita is a little noisy if you or a light sleeper. We enjoyed golfing at the PGA West courses, coming back and cooling off in the pool, barbecuing up some dinner and playing pool in the evenings. We will definitely return. One of my favorite PGA West Properties."

Not because anything about our stay or this property was short of absolutely fabulous, but because I don’t want the place to be booked the next time I return. We were more than impressed with the spotless accommodations, location and overall quality. We will certainly be back if it isn’t already booked!!!! "
