Las señoras de limpieza super atentas y los de mantenimiento. La habitación con balcón hacia la calle es cómoda. Michell atento al recibirnos. Una buena opcion”

“We absolutely loved staying at this property during our visit to Puerto Vallarta. The location was incredible, just 10 min walk to the beach. The views were stunning and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. We stayed in Estrella, and our balcony and bonus room were perfect. Breakfast in the morning was fresh fruit, coffee and toast with jam. We also enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool area. Definitely wear good shoes as the property is on a very steep hill and the raods are cobblestone.……

“The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird. The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service. One more, i should thank you the recepcion men~Fernando Rodriguez again in here. Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself. “The roof top pool is great with beautiful views of the bay and the mountains. The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with a great balcony to enjoy. The only drawback are the staff in the office; they are pretentious, ignorant, unwelcoming, and otherwise difficult to work with.”
