"Overall, we loved this resort! The areas were always clean and I never noticed any garbage or dirt lying around. Our rooms were also very clean and were turned daily! They were also great at respecting our door when we did want some privacy. They gave courtesy calls to ensure we did not want cleaning and refills on our fridge just incase, which was appreciated. When there was a big problem with our room, they gave us a new one in less than 5 minutes after our call.
The beach and pools were amazing and we never had trouble finding chairs/towels. The private beach was incredible and was soooo worth it! The food and room service were great!
There were a lot of options of add ons to the all inclusive rate. Cabanas, romantic dinners, spa, etc. were all not included, but accessible (although expensive). We also went with our family of 20, and they had trouble sitting us together, even though we made reservations in advance. They had the space, but did not want to move the tables. After a member in our family said something, the Italian restaurant moved tables around, but it took about 30 minutes after our reservation was before they sat us together. The other restaurants only sat up to 8 people together. We do not blame them too much as we were big, but it didn't seem like they tried very hard to get us together.
Other than this inconvenience of not being together during meals, this resort was great. I would highly recommend for couples. The beach was unbeatable and such a perk!"
