The condo was very tidy and clean except for a toilet paper roll left on the floor underneath the master’s bed. Beds were adequately comfortable, pillows need to be be upgraded for a longer stay. The location on Carbon Beach is hard to beat—the ocean views from the suite and private balcony are incredible, and having direct beach access made the entire stay feel special. The location is convenient and accessible throughout the day, which is a huge advantage in LA traffic, and likely would stay again if visiting the same areas of LA. There are three split AC units in the apartment, adequate to ventilate during the hot summer. Having a dedicated parking spot at this property is a huge plus, and made all the difference. 「Stayed here with my family, including a tween and 2 teenagers. The unit was well maintained and clean. We felt very safe in the condo development; as there are multiple gated and locked entries. We had plenty of space to spread out and having a washer/dryer was especially convenient. I would highly recommend if visiting the LA area. It’s away from hustle and bustle of the big city, but close to everything.」
