We loved the Cotsworth house in Padstow. Room and bathroom were beautiful and spotless .
We were very hot as the weather was very warm but a fan was left for us👍👍
We were in very close proximity to the restaurants and harbour. Mark the owner was pleasant and welcoming . See you next year would love to return
This lovely property is situated conveniently within walking distance of the center of Padstow, in a quiet area of town. Mark, the owner, went above and beyond our expectations, both in his communication and his accommodation of our family's needs. This vintage apartment is beautifully decorated---the enormous bathroom contains an antique iron clawfoot bathtub as well as a large walk-in shower. Mark left us a bottle of Prosecco which we enjoyed in the beautiful garden at the front of the property. He kept in touch with us throughout our visit, offering to make dinner reservations if we needed them and was very attentive. This property is bi-level, with two sets of stairs. A fantastic experience--we cannot wait to return!
We had a lovely Cornish getaway at Coswarth House. Beautiful garden surrounding this boutique property. Mark was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was more than a room and the free-standing roll top bath was an absolute delight.
Our host Mark could not have been more helpful. He met us in the car park and assisted getting the car into a tight space. Mark showed us our rooms and covered general housekeeping items before leaving us with some complimentary bubbles. During our stay Mark also offered to help with restaurant bookings and suggested walk in locations. On checkout he asked about our stay and our atciviteis in Padstow. An excellent host whom we would stay with again.
Delightful guest house. Spotlessly cleaned with great attention to style and detail. Mark the owner is amazing and kept in touch before and during our stay to make sure we were okay. Wandering down the road to St Petroc’s for breakfast was a real treat. Location near the harbour and town is ideal.
Coswarth House is a cut above the other luxury accommodations in Padstow
Beautifully renovated and attention to detail couldn’t be faulted and location is 2 mins walk from the town and harbour
Nothing was too much trouble for Mark from booking to departure even though it was a last minute booking , even restaurant and bar recommendations
Coswarth House is a real gem in a great location in Padstow. We stayed in a beautiful room with lovely furniture, a comfy bed and very fluffy towels. The owner Mark could not have been more helpful from the moment we booked to the end of our stay, with lots of helpful suggestions and answering any questions very promptly. We were even greeted with a chilled bottle of Prosecco on arrival. It is a three minute walk down the hill into Padstow. Breakfast is at the Rick Stein Cafe. I have no hesitation in recommending Coswarth House and will definitely stay there again next time we are in Padstow
Amazing. Sue and Colin were fab!
Very well organised (even though we had to change our arrival time due to traffic accidents), friendly and accommodating.
Our room (Estuary) was lovely and well appointed.

The owners were so welcoming, we found the property close to the centre of Padstow with easy walking, the down stair door was annoying being slammed by other tenants one morning at 4am this was not the owners fault but maybe a closure would help, I have no problem in recommending this house we did not want to leave.
Coswarth House is the perfect place to stay for a weekend (or longer) in Padstow. We absolutely loved the Brunyee Room with its charming period features, and recently renovated bathroom which was beautifully spacious with its huge shower and roll top bath. The room itself was spotlessly clean and the bed was luxurious and comfy. We even had a flatscreen TV with free access to Netflix and Amazon films. The separate access to our room made the stay feel secluded and private and away from the busy Padstow town and harbour - although its only 3 mins walk away. Coswarth House is certainly a very peaceful retreat for a chilled, relaxing break to the Cornish coastline.
We had a lovely warm welcome from Sue and Colin who gave us a complementary glass of fizz on arrival and shared a few pointers in terms of local attractions and food. Very knowledgable and friendly hosts. They were only a phone call away which was a nice touch.
Its the little things that make Coswarth House a very special place, like the complementary toiletries (from a local Herbery 'St. Kitts'), plentiful tea and coffee and a few pieces of flapjack and fudge to top it off. Not to mention breakfast at Rick Steins cafe every morning. Everything is catered for, there is literally nothing else you could want!
When we return to Padstow we will have no hesitation in returning to Coswarth House.
What a lovely stay we had! This started with a greeting from Colin who gave us a free glass of welcome bubbles whilst walking us through the local area! Breakfast each day is provided at Rick Steins cafe which is only a short walk from the delightful Georgian B&B
Jack, our host, went the extra mile — even two — to make our three-day stay enjoyable. Wonderful sense of humor. We felt at home from the first minute we arrived.
Definitely will return Padstow is lovely, guest house was small but had beautiful large rooms and great bathroom, nice garden to relax in with a drink at the end of the day.
Wonderful beautifully renovated Georgian cottage 5 minutes very easy walk to the waterfront and Rick Stein's famous restaurants. Excellent service and check-in. We wish we could have stayed longer! Strong wifi. Nothing to improve, everything was top-notch.
Great room and clean facilities. Had to walk to restaurants do breakfast. While meals were excellent, this arrangement could create problems for those unable to walk up hills.
Absolutely top class stay
Beautiful house and rooms
Above 5 star
Great place and felt so welcome
Lovely breakfast could have as much of anything you felt you needed
Can't recommend this place too much
5 min walk to Padstow harbour.
The hotel is lovely, great furniture and decor in a Georgian building. Views over Padstow. Space for off street parking. Breakfast included at nearby Rick Steins Cafe was great. It's so quiet in the hotel it's lovely. Would absolutely stay here again. Jack who runs the place was really nice and helpful.
