The front desk took a long time to get us check in for our reservations. After getting to the room, the room smell like it is damp and the fire alarm would not stop beeping!! We ask the FOH staff to assist and he didn’t do anything at all, we end up going to another hotel to stay

I stayed three days and everyday we stayed we had problems with me checking in plus they charged me a late fee knowing I had another booking for that day they said it was expedias fault so I called them and they said there is nothing wrong on there end they told me that it’s the hotel system an the front desk guy was really rude to my pregnant gf an then the house keeper just walks in your room at 9 am doesn’t even knock so my advice to y’all is lock y’all’s door because they creeping fr.

There were some maintenance items that were not great. There was a lightbulb missing from the desk lamp. There were some broken tiles in the bathroom. The area behind the bathroom door had visibly not been cleaned in a while. The bathroom was concerningly small. It would be difficult for a very large or overweight person to use the bathroom because just closing the door was difficult once you stepped into the bathroom. Overall, the building seemed in need of some updating. To me, the general state of the hotel and state of our room did not seem in line with what we paid for it, which was $250 per night.

There was no one to check me in for about 7 minutes. The room I was sent to had not been cleaned (bed unmade, bath towels all over). The second rm I received I killed spiders in the tub, no light cancelling curtains, shower head drips, and no hair dryer.

First of all....when we arrived from Florida around 2pm I was informed that the only way we can check in early(1 hour early) was to pay 25$. Or wait 30 mins in the car and then check in at 230. Ok so we get checked in and enter our room. There was small pieces of marijuana on the counter and tobacco in the toilet. I went and told the front desk....she said ok I'll talk to them. Didn't offer to switch rooms or anything.

The room was dirty and had an awful odor. We arrived late, exhausted, and hungry. We had driven 9 hours from NC to attend a family funeral in MO. We decided to sleep in our cloths and wear our shoes when walking on the floor and to try to get a few hours sleep before leaving early the next morning. We will not stay in a Comfort Inn again!!!

I received an incorrect receipt with an incorrect amount, for someone with someone else's ending credit card number, but with my name and address. My room still had food in microwave and fridge was dirty something was all in it.... An they didn't have any shower chairs for the handicap like my self otherwise Loved it staff was VERY SWEET AND HELPFUL 💟

I waited at the front desk for 19 minutes for a hotel worker to assist me. There was no bell to ring to let anyone know that someone needed assistance so I eventually hollared out "hello.. excuse me?!" A lady came forward almost instantly. There was never an apology for my wait, or any comment regarding the fact I literally had to embarrass myself by yelling out to be assisted in checking on to receive my key.

Night check in just checked us in. He did not go over anything. Morning person was great. Breakfast was average. Needs furniture and fixtures updating, but overall a good rating.
