Great Place!

We had a group of teens that stayed with our family during Spring Break and we LOVED that they could all camp out in the downstairs. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms that work well for the adults in our group. Anyone who needed some extra space could spread out on the multiple beds on the loft. Some of the items in the house need to be updated, but overall it was an awesome fit for us!

Great Getaway!!

My friends and family had an amazing stay here at this location. The house was just as described, very clean and tidy. This house was a perfect place to enjoy in Pagosa after coming back from the ski slopes every day. I have stayed at many different houses in Pagosa and you will not be disappointed in this property! The management team was outstanding. Easy to communicate with and exceeded our expectations.

Family Vacation

We spent a long weekend in Pagosa Springs with our family and this was the perfect house for us! Plenty of room for everyone, a clean house, and the perfect place to relax after a long day of skiing! Would definitely return to this home in the future.

Great Place to Stay with Wonderful Hosts

We had a great time and the layout of the home is perfect for large groups. Everyone had a bed and plenty of room to spread out. It’s close to town, the hot springs, and a quick trip to the slopes. We will stay again for sure!

Perfect Accommodations

This house was perfect! We had 6 adults and three kids ages 7-17, and this house accommodated us with plenty of room! The theatre/game room provided the perfect area and entertainment for our downtime. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Short family vacation

This is a beautiful home nestled in a quiet neighborhood. My mother-in-law loved watching the wildlife life and there was plenty of room for everyone. One of the best homes we’ve rented and we’ve enjoyed quite a few. There’s plenty of dishes for everyone which we appreciated. I had trouble with the lighting system but my kids didn’t lol! Overall it was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place for a quick retreat

Lots of room, fit was perfect for our group (13 people) and the lodge is even nicer in person than it is in the pictures. Jessica was quick to respond to questions, and offered helpful recommendations of things to do in Pagosa when you weren't on the mountain.

An Unforgettable Family Reunion

Our family had the most wonderful time in Steven's lodge! The floor plan, accommodations, and location were perfect! Nestled in a relatively private spot surrounded by natural vegetation and an abundance of wildlife made our experience unforgettable. We plan to return to Pagosa Springs in the not-too-distant future and pray this beautiful home is available.

Wonderful home!

We were in town for a family wedding and this home was a perfect home base for us! First- we appreciated that all mattresses were covered and this home professionally cleaned. It looked and felt it! Kitchen was spacious with 2 sinks! Great room perfect for gathering. Large table room for everyone! The young adults enjoyed the basement gameroom with pool table. The owner was assessible and helpful. Would definitely book again!

Christmas Vacation

This home was perfect exactly like the pictures and view was better than the pictures Pagosa Springs is our favorite place in Colorado and this is our new favorite home in Colorado. Everything was perfect and we couldn’t ask for anything better.

Great house with plenty of sleeping options

Beautiful house with well supplied kitchen. The sleeping arrangement options were great too. The kids enjoyed choosing between the loft and bunk room. The house was well cleaned upon arrival and the owner was very responsive. We look forward to another Pagosa Springs visit!

New Years 2021

We had never stayed in Pagosa Springs before and we were looking for an affordable place to take the family for a very special birthday. The house is very spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub and the game room! We will definitely return to Pagosa Springs and we highly recommend this house for families!

Beautiful Cabin

My family and I really enjoyed the cabin. It had all the pots and pans to make meals. They also have two different coffee makers. We really enjoyed playing pool and having movie nights down stairs. My favorite spot was having coffee on the porch early in the morning. The neighbors seemed to all be very friendly. If you are used to a soft bed just know the master is a firm mattress. The master bath has a large tub that is so nice to just relax in. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here.
