This property had everything we needed and then some. Place was clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was very well equipped, backyard was perfect for winding down around the fire pit. As advertised and would definitely recommend this property for a family vacation.

We rent this cabin for our family of 7 whenever we have the opportunity! The cabin is well stocked with all the essentials & games. We enjoy the convenient location and the comfortable beds. ITrip hosts stay in contact and are always available if you have a question. Great memories are made here!

This was our first visit to Pagosa springs and I can’t imagine a better location. The house had plenty of room and the game room was an added bonus to keep our kiddos entertained while we enjoyed the other amenities of the house. We would definitely stay here again!

The home was perfect for our vacation with our friends and all of our kids. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The game room and backyard was perfect to keep the kids entertained. The home was nicely decorated and had plenty of extra towels, blankets, kitchen ware and pantry items. We enjoyed having the option of either gas fireplace or wood stove options for heat and ambiance. The living room TV could also swivel to the kitchen. The hot tub was a nice amenity after skiing and the garage had sleds as well! The property manager was kind and provided information ahead of time and was available by text. We did not need anything but it was nice knowing they were a text away.

This home had everything we needed. We cooked every dinner and breakfast here and had everything we needed! The kitchen was well stocked. This house is great, very roomy, large secluded back yard, the arcade room was a big hit for everyone. Located in a quiet neighborhood with very good restaurants close by. About three miles from downtown Pagosa, but an easy drive. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. The configuration of the bedrooms in the house were prime for a group of couples/friends. Our only concern was the hot tub chemicals may have been a bit off. Our skin burned and tingled while using the hot tub and after.

We had a great time in Pagosa Springs and at River Rock Cabin. The amenities were top notch. The outside area was so relaxing with a fire pit, new grill and a hot tub. Inside the playroom was enjoyed by the grandkids while we relaxed in a cool house. We will definitely be going back.

We loved the house. My kids especially. It was very spacious and clean. The location was great. We were close to everything and even saw some deer hanging out in the neighborhood. This was our first time in Pagosa Springs and will not be our last.
