We were very pleased. Bed was comfortable. Towels were plush. Nicely furnished. The snow was cleaned off walk ways as needed. Would definitely like to book again. Very nice place!

Great location for skiing

Adorable condo! Tucked in the corner of the unit. Quiet and super comfortable! Love the view from the back porch, the fireplace, and the super comfy beds! Literally had everything we needed and was only 40 minutes from the lifts. Do yourself a favor and hit the hot springs, too! Perfect after a day on the mountain and just down the road from this cute place.

We pretty much liked everything. Both bedrooms and bathrooms on one floor. The dumpster was located very conveniently and wasn't locked. Also, the lock box worked perfectly, so we put the key in there every time we left. That way we didn't have to be concerned about keeping up with it. Loved the gas fireplace. Also there was central heat controlled by one thermostat. The cost was reasonable as well. The place was clean.

Comfortable and spacious condo

This two bedroom condo was a quiet retreat close to amenities in the West Pagosa area. The large kitchen and living room were spacious, yet cozy. We loved eating breakfast at the kitchen table while looking out of the large picture window framing tall pines and grassy expanses. The indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit both came in handy on the chilly fall nights we were there. With two large bedrooms and bathrooms, this condo could easily accommodate two couples or a family with 1-2 children. Although we were a few minutes walk to the West Pagosa shopping center, there was little traffic noise outside and none inside. This location felt like a mountain haven without having to drive miles away from town.

Wonderful time in the mountains

This house was wonderful for our family. It gave us the down time we needed after the school year. Thankful we found it. Only things would be WiFi was in and out which caused the TV to cut in and out when we used it. Also, it was hard to stabilize the temp in the house so a couple of nights it was warm even with the A/C on.

Nice Condo

There were 4 adults and we had plenty of room. The condo was clean, except for the outside areas, they could use a little more attention. The front door had bird droppings down the door frame and spider webs around, the fire pit area was full of leaves and leftover wasp nests around the decking. The kitchen is good with dishes. We didn’t do any cooking so can’t comment on cookware. Beds were comfortable and extra pillows to choose from. The condo is in a great location for downtown Pagosa Springs, Chimney Rock and even Durango. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Beautiful home

Loved our stay, very comfortable and convenient for our winter activities. Very close to the hot springs and Ski slopes. The house was beautiful and made us feel right at home. The kitchen had all the things we needed and the beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed sitting around the fireplace with our family allowing us to bond and enjoy each other's company after not seeing eachother for 6 months. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend 10/10

Great location amd property

Great place to stay in Pagosa! The unit was very well stocked with evrything you need. Great firepit outbback to enjoy the evenings. Will stay again!
