Everything We Needed

Went to Pagosa for a snowboarding and hot springs weekend. The house had everything we needed to stay in and cook as well as relax after two days at Wolf Creek.

Can’t wait till next year.

My family and I came up for eight days to enjoy Pagosa and we had a wonderful time. Condo was fully stocked with the amenities we needed. It was super clean great location, great views. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Beautiful Property, Great Price

Condo is a perfect location. Close to downtown yet private part on the river. It was very clean and comfortable for us all. 7 people stayed with us ages 9,11,15,20,20,41,41. We had pleanty of room and really enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again!

Great property and host

Great property conviently located in downtown Pagosa Springs. Easily access restaurants and only 30 minutes from Wolfcreek Skiing. Property managers are quick to respond with answers.

Spacious, well stocked and convenient.

Property was incredibly comfortable, close to everything in Pagosa Springs. Kitchen has a gas range - loved it! The living and dining room areas are spacious. The entire property is well equipped, very clean. Can’t say enough good things about it.

Pagosa Springs condo

What a fabulous place to spend an extended weekend stay! The property is lovely and is conveniently located in a picturesque setting, close to walking paths and the springs. It is stocked with all necessary needs and the kitchen is generously equipped. The beds were comfortable and the condo has a cozy feel. Leo is very responsive, kind and helpful with any questions. We'll hope to return someday!

Nice, well stocked condo

Super location to the river for getting out after tubing! Kitchen was well stocked and had spices, baggies, etc available for use. Nights were a bit hot in the lower level but locals indicated the heat was unusual. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to Pagosa Springs.

Four fun days at Pagosa Springs and Wolf Creek

We stayed four nights in early March. The condo was very clean and well equipped for six of us, (which included a 2 1/2 year old). The location was convenient to the many attractions in the area, yet not right on the main drag. We enjoyed the skiing, hot springs, shopping and local breweries. Communication was quick and easy. The kitchen was very user friendly.

Best Ski Vacation Ever!

We loved this property in Pagosa Springs. Its close to the hot springs and close to Wolf Creek. Its situated in a residential neighborhood directly on the San Juan River. We enjoyed cooking in the full kitchen and playing games in the living room. The two bedrooms downstairs were perfect for family to have their own space while wife and I had master to ourselves. Really enjoyed soaking tub in master after a long day on the slopes when too tired to go to springs. Will definitely rent again if available on our next trip.

We wanted a close getaway for Mel's Birthday. We found this GEM right off the river in Pagosa Springs! House was amazing! Had all the kitchen things you need. The pantry and fridge had most of the basic groceries already. The house is 2 blocks from thehot springs. Everything you want to do, just minutes away. Price was super reasonable. We stayed 2 nights but will definitely be back for a longer stay! Property owner was awesome to work with! Thank You!!!!

Great family ski vacation

We had a wonderful stay on this fantastic- clean, large, convenient property. The property owner and manager were great. Very welcoming, helpful, responsive. The property was great for a family. The indoor garage, large living space, full kitchen and large bathtub to soak in after a long day of ski was wonderful. This was our first time at Pagosa Springs and loved the little town. Wolf creek was a great place to ski with lots of fresh snow! Our friends who go every year kept raving about the property and convenient location. Will definitely rent again! Thank you!

Beautiful Condo!

Beautiful condo with lots of room for our group of 10. Plenty of extras, pack n play, blow up mattress, games, and DVD's. A little disappointed in the lack of pots and pans in kitchen but not a deal breaker. Grateful for all the extras in the pantry and washer and dryer downstairs.

Amazing and all other awesome words you could think of!

We will definitely rent this property again. The views were amazing, it was close to everything, and it was clean and quiet. The stairs could be rough for someone with bad legs because the kitchen, living and master are upstairs. The master bath was so relaxing and it was fully stocked with everything we needed. It is literally right on the river and you can watch deer drinking off the balcony off the master bedroom. Don't look any further, Rent this place!

Pagosa get away

Property was a great place to stay. A little confusing on the contact person once you are at the property. Was not really clear in the email. Also missing paper towels and adequate towels for kitchen. Also bathroom towels were in the drier and were musty smelling. They had to be washed again. Overall a great place to stay tho just would love to have a little more attention to details for the guest traveling in for a quick stay. There isn't a lot of time during a vacation to remedy missing items.

This condo is filthy

I have used VRBO dozens of times and never had a bad experience before but beware of this property. It is filthy. There was so much dust everywhere it was even inside dresser drawers. The towels smelled of mildew, there were actual holes in the bedsheets, the “clean” dishes in the cabinets were dirty with fingerprints and smudges, there was trash in various places around the condo (a cotton swab on the floor of one bedroom, and a used bandaid in a basket in the living room) and the carpet had obviously not been vacuumed. I am not sure what the cleaning fee is paying for but it isn’t to actually clean in this place. A good dusting, vacuuming, and paying attention to the details would do wonders here, but I cannot say you should risk it for this rental.

Location is good

Location is good, but property shows a lot of wear. All balconies and furniture were covered in thick dirt, furniture covers were tossed around the floor, folding chair dumped in the middle with an empty beer can. Obviously no attempt to wipe down or tidy up. Interior was clean, except for a few carpet areas. Some towels had holes. Air conditioner didn't work in one bedroom. This was not a major issue given it was spring, but should be repaired. Some faucets were not well secured and shifted when turned on/off. Floors were terribly squeaky. We could hear all of the movement from the apartment above and anyone in our downstairs bedrooms could hear every step from main level. It was kind of a joke after a day. Process for check in and comms with property manager were fine. Would not stay here again.

Comfortable and great location

Stayed one week for Wolf Creek ski vacation. Having a garage is great for storing ski gear and not scraping ice from vehicles. Location great for Hot Springs and downtown Pagosa. Very comfortable 3 bedroom townhouse.
