“The staff was nice and courteous and helpful”

“The rooms were comfortable and clean. Tv channels had excellent selection. Location was convenient for the parks, caverns and waterfalls in area. Breakfast was also good.”

The first thing I noticed was this was the same room we had in April, as the room door doesn't close and latch on its own weight and must be pulled to latch and the bathroom door will not latch at all. Both were mentioned on my last survey. This time the toilet had not been cleaned and one of the hand towels was torn and fraid.
