“Very clean, fresh, appealing. Easy access from the highway. Very friendly staff. ”

“Booked the hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool for my children. When I arrived to the pool had been closed the night before. I asked to cancel the room and they agreed that I should be refunded. They told me they couldn’t do anything because I booked through Expedia. They told me to reach out to Expedia and they should be able to take care of it. Expedia said since I didn’t buy the travel insurance I would still be responsible for the cost even though I wasn’t getting the stay that……

“I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible……

“Pictures on the website make this place look like a decent place to stay, which is a false representation. This place was absolutely disgusting. It was filthy in the lobby, in the hallways, and in the guest rooms. ”

“I and my colleague, We had a great stay at Hampton Inn Detroit/Auburn Hills-North. The breakfast was good — omelettes, sausage, potatoes, bagels , DIY waffles, with some healthy options available too. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The location is perfect — just next to the outlet, and it’s very convenient for dining and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“This is a bare bones motel. But the the room was cleaned, bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, and the staff was extremely helpful with our few requests. It was affordable. If you're not picky, you're in luck. If you are, pay more somewhere else.”

“The breakfast was okay but when reserving it does not give you option to add breakfast, and the breakfast was not good enough to pay for. The staff were very rude in the morning, about paying for breakfast when asked about it. They gave us vouchers for it and told us to put them in a cup before we go into the dining area, while there we noticed no one else had a ticket which seemed to be a must to be able to eat. Other then that the place was clean minus the holes in the bathroom door and in the……
