“We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. “we stayed at the Ramada Noumea for 7x nights, the first night we decide to have dinner at the restaurant as our flight was a late arrival. unfortunately the restaurant was booked out... the staff could not recommond us an alternative place to go.
The following day we decided to spend sometime at the hotel pool, we asked reception where do we get the pool towels, the manager handed us over 1x pool towel, I mentioned that there are 2 of us so could we have 2x towels please... his said that they……

“Sandra, with the aid of Google Translate made us feel welcome and at ease straight away. The cottage we stayed in was quirky, very clean and well-equipped including free WiFi. Local facilities aren't so good, you'll definitely need a car and the local beaches aren't ideal for swimming or snorkelling but there is a pool to lounge in and around. Noumea is about half an hour drive away and there are some museums and things to do there.
Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay there……
