「The worst 5-star hitel I have ever stayed... The room facility was terrible... Loud and noisy music whole day till midnight 3 oclock... The room can only be rated 2 stars at most」

「We enjoyed our stay at this safe haven. The staff was very kind. We particularly enjoyed the friendliness and safe driving by Manuj. Our luggage did not arrive and he took us to a great shop for traditional clothing and a mall for western wear. His smiles brightened my spirits daily. We simply enjoyed this hotel and returning to the good food and kind staff in the evenings.」

「Had issues with my bank and the manager was brilliant in assisting me. Went way beyond his obligations. Very kind. He ended up phoning my wife and son in Canada in an effort to resolve my dilemma. Very stressful. However he was very understanding. Staff were terrific. Lovely place.」
