“I will openly admit I chose this hotel purely based on its location, and for the fact that it was in James Bond’s Spectre. It was my first time in Mexico City so I wanted a hotel that was in the historical centre. I literally cannot say enough about the hotel. The room was beautiful (I had a junior suite) overlooking the Zocalo—clean, comfy bed, nice bath amenities, etc. The hotel itself is an icon from another era, with one of four of the largest glass ceilings in the world—absolutely……

“The staff was amazing! Everyone was very helpful even before I arrived. When I got there, I was alone and they helped me with my very heavy suitcase. The gentleman had the apartment ready with music, lights on, and snacks. The place was very clean and the decor was flawless. My return flight was cancelled twice so I had to extend my stay and tgey were incredible! I stayed in 3 apartments total and tgey were all excellent! “Great stay and super friendly staff. This is a very welcoming space for queer people. The breakfast was probably the highlight as there was a lot of options and fresh food. The fruit and juice was great and we tried almost all of the items on the menu. We got the handicap room and it was spacious. There was one time a bug from likely the drain but we captured it and the cleaners took care of it. There also was a lot of mosquitoes randomly but i’m not sure if that was just for our room.
