「Everything is perfect except the shower room. 浴室很容易積水，不容易排出，洗澡上有很大困難」

「The cleaning ladies are very diligent and caring to visitors. The only thing I really don’t like is that when I arrive in the morning after long flight and will stay for 4 days they say the early check in will charge euro 49. I thought it’s fair and then I decline it. However when I checked out I saw a same situation and the desk voluntarily ask the customers to come back in an hour and the room will be ready in the morning. It’s differing treatment which makes me feel unfairly treated 」

「The apartment was spotless although it is only convenient if you have a reason to be in this area of Madrid, not for tourism. The elevator didn't work when I arrived, which was inconvenient (only had to haul luggage one flight of stairs). The shower is amazing!」

「La propiedad esta acepatable en ubicacion ,en mis dias de estadias nunca pasaron a limpiar, la comunicacion con el personal es terrible, nunca puedes hablar dierectamente con el responsable, es una cadena de personas que no resuelven tu problema. Me hospede en dos ocasiones , porque la ultima reserva fue imposible cancelarla independientemente que expuse mis razones , la habitacion constantemente esta llena de unos insectos, creo que provienne de los arboles cercanos pero igualmente no hacen...

「優點：房間電視可以接手機 缺點：1.隔音不好可以聽到隔壁做愛聲音。2.第一天進來完全沒有沐浴乳、衛生紙也只剩半天量沒有備用。第一天的迎賓水沒喝完隔天就收走，甚至連杯子也收走。第二天沒放浴室地墊，感覺房務上非常不用心。 3.早餐人數太多非常混雜，人手不足餐具都沒有，亂到好像菜市場。」

「I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid. My stay was going well until a very serious incident completely changed my experience. While I was out on a tour, someone entered my room, stole cash, and attempted to use my credit cards to make purchases totaling more than €2,500. Although I accidentally left these items in my room while rushing out that morning, this should never happen in any hotel, especially one with such highly rated reviews. What was even more disappointing...

「Check out a las 9 de la mañana,nadie te va a coger el teléfono cuando llames,si necesitas algo NADIE te va a ayudar no pierdas el tiempo en resolver nada y el seguro de cancelación es por si te mueres antes de ir allí. Solo están avispados para cobrar.」

「Nice space and good location. But, if you are used to the comfort and convenience of a regular hotel, with a normal check-in process, 24-hour reception, a hot breakfast, daily housekeeping, etc., look elsewhere.」

「The staff was very responsive and kind to a tourist with limited Spanish speaking ability. Everything was clean and the property, and the rooftop pool was a highlight. The location right on Plaza Mayor makes this the perfect destination spot for a first time tourist in Madrid. You are no more than a 15 minute walk to almost everything you want to see in Madrid.」
