「Ma compagne et moi avons apprécié l'hôtel dans son ensemble. Cependant, nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes. Certains employés ne comprennent pas le français, bien qu'il soit indiqué que c'est le cas. De plus, le repas était beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu'il était. Le petit-déjeuner, quant à lui, était très bien. Nous avons été bien accueillis. Nous reviendrons peut-être, mais nous ne mangerons pas au restaurant de l'hôtel.」

「+: good equipment, clean room, in the center of commercial area so if you like shopping it is perfect location. -: the location is too noisy and crowded, so not good for people who want to have a relax trip. the staff who welcome us never smiles; she seems just want to finish talking with us as soon as possible, and she did not look at our eyes at all during the talk.」

「The hotel is ok. But Expedia chested us. When we book , it was written including breakfast even the confirmation email. But then hotel said not. Then I contact Expedia. They promise to refund me the price. When we reply them with the invoice excluding breakfast. They replied us they don’t give breakfast. We have to pay ourselves. From beginning to end, they cheated us twice. I gonna use law to claim it . Ideally not for little money but to let them do not cheat others. 」

「櫃台服務人員很親切有禮貌，讓人覺得很舒服。 早餐也不錯，尤其當一邊用餐一邊看著窗外飄著雪的時候。 旅館在老安道爾最繁榮的大街上，所以逛街購物用走路就可以完成。 一樓大廳有燒著木頭的壁爐，讓來自沒有下雪地區的我們特別有感覺。」

「Las instalaciones son impresionantes, estuvimos en la suite familiar, superamplia tanto la habitación como el cuarto de baño, muy completos. En cuánto a limpieza no la he puntuado muy positiva porque debajo de la cama encontramos envoltorios y cajas vacías de juguetes, y por el suelo de la habitación pequeños cristales. Aparte de eso, todo perfecto con excepción del spa, viajamos con dos niñas de 3 y 8 años, la pequeña no podía entrar por edad y con la mayor no pudimos porque el horario...

「This hotel is nicely sited within view of many local stores so it very convenient. The Argentine girl on the reception was a delight to speak to regarding the unusual hobby of me and my co-guest. Best of all is staying during April as the rooms cost next to nothing as the ski season is over. The only negative is the room I was in had an audible plumbing type noise from behind the wall which continued through the night.」

「Nous y avons passé une nuit. Notre chambre donnait sur la route mis aucun bruit. Nous avons entendu du bruit mais surtout de l'intérieur des portes qui claquent. Chambre grande avec une salle de bain spacieuse mais dommage le lit n'était pas aussi grand. Petit déjeuner buffet, très variés en salés et sucrés. Personnel très agréable, serviable et souriant. 」

「I’ve being coming to Arinsal for over 20 years, it’s by far the best hotel in the area, you may pay a bit more for it, but it’s worth it!」

「Decent family room if you are used to ski resort sizes. Only seats with a back was sofa bed otherwise just a couple of benches, shame as outside terrace became a storage area rather than place to sit. However one deosn't expect much from ski resorts. At least it was quite which makes a change for Andorran lodgings」

Miinuksena meille tärkeä pysäköinti... hotellin parkkihalli oli täynnä eli jouduttiin etsimään ulkopuolinen pysäköinti, jossa kyllä respan henkilökunta hienosti opasti meitä. Hotellin sijainti huikean joen lähellä oli hyvä.」
