「My check-in experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was informed that the room type I had reserved and prepaid for would not include access to the second bedroom because there were only two guests listed on the reservation. This made little sense, as I specifically booked and paid for a two-bedroom suite with two king beds so that each guest would have their own room and bed. Rather than proactively resolving the issue, I was told I would need to pay an additional fee to access...

「Staff friendly, clean rooms , great location, very comfortable beds. Breakfast staff a but unfriendly and kick you out when breakfast time is over even if you are still eating which if you are a late riser can be rude. Also VERY unaccomodating about storing luggage - unless your luggage is LOCKED they won’t accept it which caused big problems for us. 」

For me the aircon was not working properly so I had to leave the window open to get cold air to come into the room as it was quite warm otherwise. I could also hear the room next door to me's bathroom and noise from the roof terrace, I really couldn't sleep that well because of it. Otherwise good location and has nice decor.」

Pour une femme seule,j’aurais aimé pouvoir me restaurer ou boire un verre au sein de l’hôtel en soirée ou un peu plus tard. 」
