But hotel staff other than moreen and Natalia are bad at customer service. Victoria was still bad till smoke busy and not serving guest. Hotel staff needs CS service and English training ”

We especially enjoyed both the outdoor infinity pool and the heated indoor pool, along with the hot tub and dry sauna—such a perfect way to relax. “It’s a cute older/rustic property, located in a historic area. The Staff was very friendly, but because it doesn’t have window screens, our room was filled with mosquitoes, and our bed had dead mosquitoes on top of the cover. It looked like they had just recently sprayed. ”

O quarto é um pouco pequeno para 4 pessoas, mas como só precisávamos de um local para tomar banho e dormir foi um ótimo custo x benefício. Soledad foi super atenciosa. Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar lá se retornarmos a Colonia.”
