This was not a 4 star hotel. Shower had mold, curtains were filthy, needed to be painted, no bathrobes, and limited room amenities. Needs an upgrade.

Friendly staff, standard rooms that were clean, best parts of hotel were rooftop bar with beautiful views of Palermo and location was convenient and walkable to the touristy area.

Located in a convenient area close to major attractions and transport links, this hotel offers a central location. However, it is an outdated property that has not been maintained well. The showers are often dirty with lingering odors, the beds are uncomfortable due to old mattresses, and the overall cleanliness and comfort do not meet modern standards. Given these issues, I would recommend considering alternative accommodations in the area for a better experience. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

The location is great and there is a bus stop just over the road from the property (we got the bus from San Vito Lo Capo and the bus to Palermo Airport) which was useful. We checked in slightly early as our room was available. However, there were hairs on the bed and the bathroom was dirty. We changed rooms which was cleaner but the rooms themselves are not great. They are very average with not much to them. For a 1 night stay it was okay but we would not return.

Absolutely awesome place. Big, clean rooms well located. Great staff and great breakfast. I didn’t like having to book a breakfast slot but understand why they do it. I also had a “quiet” room but I could still hear the music from the bar, that said I put earplugs and promptly went to sleep. Definitely would stay again.

I would say overall the stay was decent. The room wasn’t the cleanest but not nasty. The parking they provide for 15€ a day is in a very tight area and it’s easy to scrape your car. They help you go in the garage but not take it out. The spa is small but nice and it’s an extra charge of 35€ per person/per use. The staff was nice and helpful. The pictures are nicer than the hotel actually is in my opinion. But either way it was affordable and was okay to stay in for two nights.

The location is amazing and rooftop restaurant was also very good. Unfortunately our bathroom smelled like sewer the whole time and no one fixed it even thought we asked. In addition when we had a non alcoholic drink delivered with alcohol by mistake, and the person who ordered it with alcohol got the non alcoholic drink, they just switched the straws instead of making new drinks (and we didn’t even know the other person), they told us we couldn’t have an iron because it was a safety hazard. In addition the blow dryer only gave cold air (again for safety). So ridiculous! Overall a very basic hotel with low customer service and would never recommend or go back

Very nice hotel near beautiful and historic Politeama theater and a big square. The room is very functional and most likely recently romodeled. Staff is very cordiali and helpful. The area around offers plenty of dining opportunities and transportation to other parts of the city. Also, it's one minute walk to the bus stop that takes you tonthe airport. Definitely recommend!
