The staff was amazing. Gabriele at the front desk was very attentive and accommodating. The cleaning staff went above and beyond with attention to detail. The location could not have been better...very central anf walkable. I would highly recommend this hotel .

We booked to stay here due to our flights being delayed and our previous hotel being fully booked and were pleasantly delighted to find ourselves in the very heart of Palermo’s many restaurants and very close to the shops. Great location. Friendly and very helpful staff with excellent English speaking skills. We recommend you pay attention to advance emails about checking in online 48 hours before arriving to get the front door code for the building - the hotel lobby is on an upper floor. The checkin desk was literally right outside our room so sound was noticeable during business hours. The rooms are quite large and somewhat unusual, but we enjoyed our stay there.

Liberty Suites est très bien situé; tout près des services d’autobus (arrêt Politeama), vous pouvez vous y rendre à pieds en quelques minutes (entre 6 à 8 min). Pour un séjour à Palermo pour découvrir la ville et le centre historique, tout est près. Plusieurs restaurants, terrasses, petits cafés se trouvent aux alentours en marchant à pieds. L’hôtel est propre, bien entretenu, le personnel est courtois et disponible pour répondre à vos questions. Je recommande ✅

Liberty Suites est très bien situé, près de toutes les commodités: arrêts d’autobus à quelques coins de rues (navette de l’aéroport), grands choix de restaurants, terrasses, cafés dans les alentours… tout se fait à pied! La chambre est propre, bien entretenue. Le staff (Gabriele) répond rapidement aux questions, très bon service. Je recommande cet endroit. Parfait pour un court séjour à Palermo.
