「good location and good service attitude. staff is very helpful」

「Very friendly staff. Good location. Room floors were not super clean but overall the room was good. The rooftop restaurant has a stunning all around view. 」

「Apart from the great view during breakfast and the warm, enthusiastic front desk staff, this guesthouse is utterly disappointing and highly not recommended. I have never been to a place that doesn't offer eggs for breakfast. The only food available was unpalatable cakes, very hard bread, chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and some peaches that were nearly rotten. The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. 「Very close to the fish market restaurant area. Walking distance to key city centre. But the address on Expedia not very accurate. Valet parking $20 is ok. Yet our room when check in at 8pm is full of order refreshener that is too strong to bear. 」

「This hotel locates in the heart of Palermo with helpful staffs. Highly recommend.」

「位置優越，到主要景點步行可達。酒店員工友善，停車不方便，好在酒店員工y」

Also, they are not there all the time. We had to tell them precisely what time we were arriving so they would be at the desk. The room was clean and nice and it was a great neighborhood.」

「this is the nicest hotel i have ever stayed at. the interiors and materials are beautiful. the staff was very nice and super helpful. I would visit Palermo again just stay at this hotel again.」

「The Quintocanto hotel was perfectly located for us. It lived up to its great reviews from other travellers. The front desk staff were helpful. We also ate at the associated restaurant Gusto next door and very much enjoyed it.」

「Our stay at Palazzo del Poeta was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. This is truly a five-star boutique hotel where elegance, comfort, history, and exceptional hospitality come together beautifully. Our room was elegant, beautifully appointed, and equipped with every comfort. We especially loved the thoughtful details, including excellent coffee and tea and beautifully decorated Sicilian cookies—a lovely personal touch. The exclusive lounge and dining area, with access to the...
