Lovely home

This is a lovely home. It's spacious and had all the necessities we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our host was gracious and accommodating and the communication was excellent.

Comfortable Home

Beautiful, spacious home with comfortable mattresses. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe for waljs. There are quite a few amenities close-by, restaurants, grocery, etc.

Fantastic Home

This was a great property for our family and two little dogs. Everything was as advertised, the home was clean and comfortable. This is definitely a place we’d stay again and recommend to others.

Nice house with quick access to shopping and dining

We’re in Melbourne for a softball tournament and the house was a great location to the fields. There was a late check in due to the uncleanliness of prior guests. Only recommendation is there needs to be towels for the kitchen and hot pads for cooking. The towels are pretty worn but nothing that would deter me from staying again.

House is lovely. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the hospine house. : However, we had to purchase a pot and pans to cook with.Since all the pots and pans were old burnt or scratched. The dishwasher needs replacement. We did not use the dishwasher. It was rusted and had the rubber gasket dislodged. We had to wash everything by hand.The house is very pleasant. The beds were comfortable other than these stated issues. We would recommend anyone to stay. Would book again. Just wanted to notify the owners of these situations.

Hosbine house

House was very nice very comfortable and looks brand new. The t v especially very entertaining although it took me a little bit to get going. The hot tub wasn't there when I got there.But I found out the previous guess was negligent and ruined it.So that is not the fault of the owner.He is a very nice man.And look forward to doing business with him again lesder ortiz.

We stayed for 4 our of 5 weeks reservwd. Due to a new grandson we left early.

Th house is exactly as listed. It was clean, matched the picture, was very centrally located to Cocoa Beach, Melbourne, and Sebastian. Once I got used to the traffic, getting around was easy. We accidentally found an awesome Cuban restaurant. Crazily, it is in a gas station.. the pressed cuban sandwiches and pastries were amazing. We loved walking at Turtle Creek Sanctuary. It was free. One can rent a kayak, paddle board, or canoe and travel the creek. Great restaurants in Sebastian are Squid Lips and Tiki Bar. In Cocoa Beach Jazzy's Mainly Lobster is awesome. Best clam chowder ever!! The neighborhood is very quiet, and very friendly as we walked our dogs around the block. My dogs loved the backyard, and especially liked chasing the geckos! The owner was super quick to respond our needs as long term renters. He was extremely interested in making our stay nice. One night I watched as a shuttle flew over the house. The only suggestion I would make would be at least a 6 seat table, chairs, and umbrella for the patio. We loved sitting outside and would more if a table and chairs were there. Our stay was relaxing and fun.

Great if you have a pup, we loved the porch and fenced in yard. Clean, comfortable, and reasonable rates. Publix and Walmart just around the corner, with plenty more shops and restaurants also just a short drive. Host is responsive and accommodating.

Great experience, everything went smooth, its not in a tourist area, it seemed more like more of a locals area. It was nice to see bc now i want to move there even more. The closet beach was 25 minutes away fyi

Very Quiet Neighborhood - Owner Great to Work With

Due to our needs for me during a post-op recovery stay, Owner was very flexible in working with s for special access needs. Other than a bit of confusion on how to operate the front door lock, the property was perfect for us.

Easter Weekend

The house seemed to be a newer home. The décor was cute. The location was good for what we had going on that weekend. A few issues that we experienced while staying there was ants in the home. We contacted to manager and he was able to send us some spray to help with it. He had explained the last person had left something sticky throughout the house. They had put bate traps down but we had food on the counter and the next morning the ant had over taken it. The kitchen seemed to be lacking enough pans to make breakfast like we'd hoped. The pillows in each room where pretty flat. It was just 2 of us so we used all that where in the house. There where no bathmats or bath hand towels in the bathrooms. The bath body towels that were there was only total of 4 and they where very very thin. We had inquired with the manager about the bathmat and hand towels and he had sent them along with the spray in an amazon order. Not the best items received but we made do. The AC unit worked great. It was very cool in the house when we arrived. The ceiling fan was another added bonus to the stay.
